What are the benefits of a digital guidebook?
With a digital guidebook, you’re able to communicate everything a guest needs to know about your property from check-in to check-out, and even provide local recommendations. You can effortlessly share key information with your guests such as:

I already have a guidebook through Airbnb. Why would I want a digital guidebook?
The Airbnb guidebook app only covers local recommendations. Our guidebook lets customers pack so much more info their guidebooks - yes, local recommendations, but also safety information, important phone numbers, how to book direct, when to set out the trash, how to work the thermostat… the possibilities are endless!
Can you tell me more about your process?
I’ll need the link to your Airbnb listing along with the communication you send to your guests. I’ll put together a preliminary game plan and we will have a short phone call to talk through my ideas as well as let you know what other information I might need. Next, you will create your account through Touch Stay, add me as an Admin, and I’ll take care of the rest! Your project will be completed in 2-3 weeks. Expect to communicate regularly to make sure your digital guidebook is going to be as professional, beautiful, and informative as it can be!
What if I have changes to my guidebook?
Did a new restaurant come to town or one close down? Do you need to add a video about how to work your grill? Do you want to update your check-in instructions? That’s what I’m here for. Reach out and I’d be happy to update your guidebook - up to 5 changes for $49. Alternately, many hosts feel comfortable making changes on their own.
What’s the best way to send my guidebook to guests?
The easiest way to send your app is by sending a link to your guest. There’s no account set-up, no password, and no Apple ID needed! Guests can easily share the link with everyone in the group. Additionally, many hosts choose to add a framed QR code at their property that will link to the guidebook app.
How does your pricing work?
The creation of your guidebook is a one-time payment of $499. This includes up to 10 categories, a detailed area guide integrated with Google with all of your favorite restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and attractions, as well as a personalized app icon and custom colors. We will collaborate to make sure your app is as amazing and unique as your property! There’s a $99 annual subscription fee billed through our hosting platform Touch Stay. Subsequent properties in the same geographic area receive a discount. Many clients feel comfortable making changes on their own after I have it all set up, however some prefer me to take care of everything! This is why we have “touch-ups” in which I’ll make up to 5 changes to your guidebook for $49.
What if I have multiple properties?
We love working with customers who have multiple short-term rentals . We offer discounts for hosts with 2 or more properties in the same area. Get in touch to talk about how digital guidebooks for your properties will make your life so much easier!
